I come from a land down under....

This week has been hell, I havn't been online much or at the computer. I have been keeping myself busy with self improvement chores.

I've been practically sick all week but I can't let that interrupt school or work, even though it sucks. :(

I got a new laptop and it's totally sweet, other then that, last weekend I went to Spundae agian but I saw Eddie Halliwell and he blew my fucking mind. This kid is crazy. I have video but i'll give you a link to it if you IM me.

Here are just a few pictures

A Tranceaddict from New York came into town for work; Vernon. We had a hella good time.

Spundae is getting kinda boring. I'm not going to be out there much bc there is so much good stuff going on like St. Fucking Green Beer Day! We are all going to the Green Frog on the corner and we're gonna have a grand olde time.

Things I have accomplished or found out this week.

1. I switched cold medicine bc Nyquil has not been working
2. Made an Appt. to get new hearing aid molds for the win! These are old and giving me feedback in my ear because they are too small and all that sound is leaking out.
3. I talked to DJ Randy Boyer and found out I can get custom musician's earplugs at a local ear nose and throat doctor.. So I ordered some while I was at the hearing place getting new sweet molds.
4. Made an appt. for the optometrist because I am blind. :( damn, I need glasses.

Anyways.. plans for this weekend besides the green fog include getting my taxes done, and hopefully getting a sweet refund. Then I get to order my badass camera.
Jason is coming up from San Clemente and we are going to Spundae for their massive 5th year anniversary party.

Buying bread from a man in brussels
He was six foot four and full of muscles
I said, do you speak-a my language?
He just smiled and gave me a vegemite sandwich
And he said,

I come from a land down under
Where beer does flow and men chunder
Can’t you hear, can’t you hear the thunder?
You better run, you better take cover.

See, if we never had a problem, Then that's what life would be like, Easy, Uncomplicated, Cool.

I have been floating like a proverbial leaf in the wind lately. Nothing new, nothing old, catching up, falling behind. I was sick for this past week and so I loaded myself up on Day and Nyqul for the win! Started a database class a few weeks ago, my brain doesn't think logically like that. Entity relationship diagram is what they call it. I call it fucking around in Microsoft Visio. What? Windows is broken, I can handle that. SQL Statements, not so much.

This blog has become a parable of life. A tool used to keep people like my friend Jenn out of godforsaken boredom land. I can tell you adventures of the club last year but it's really not fair for me to blab about weekend updates when we need to free Tibet or while there are sober/starving kids in Africa. :)

Pictures can tell a thousand words so I'll keep it short.
Friday, I came home, relaxed and then Kristin and I and our buddy Mike came over and we went to the Green Frog for Mikes Bday. Happy hour from 10-11pm
Spundae Saturday Feb25th was fun. There was some trance in the backroom and breaks in the frontroom. I took some pics but last week I lagged and they are still on my harddrive.

The whole week sucked.. I went to Chipotle... mmmm

ffwd next weekend.
Friday I went over to Bjorns cause he bought CDJ's (cd turntables) we laughed and tried to beatmatch while we heard horsegallop or "shoes in a dryer". I fired up the old powerbook and mixed some tunes in Ableton live. It came out really well. I was recording the set and I was going to post it, but I fucked something up. Oh well. i'll do another one tonight.
Saturday was Ferry at Avalon so wasted I don't remember what happened. But the night started at Spundae with redbull, vodka and jager. :) Pics soon.

So that's my pathetic life. Feel free to comment or contact me if you have anything you can add to my excitement.

I have been listening to a lot of Toto and 80's pop rock. KICKASS!

How 'bout this?
Let's choose a book and we'll read it before we meet
Then we can sit down at a restaurant
Have a look at the menu and talk about it while we eat
if we never had a problem
Then that's what life would be like

So let's just pretend that the past didn't happen
I don't really like thriller as well.
I don't want to know if I've got grandchildren
no need to tell me where I went wrong
I don't want to know what happened in your thirties
You wanna try 'cold mountain'?
Or is that too long??

It's raining, it's pouring. (or at least it was)
